Ingredients for making rice noodles
Rice Noodles – 100 grams
Onion chopped long – 1
Garlic clove – 4-5
Capsicum cut lengthwise – 1
Cabbage cut into long pieces – 1/4 cup
Cauliflower chopped – 1/4 cup
Green chili chopped 1-2
Chili sauce – 1 tsp
Soya sauce – 1 tsp
Tomato sauce – 1 tbsp
Vinegar – 1 tsp
Noodles Masala – 1 tsp
Cooked rice – 1 bowl
Oil – 3 tbsp
salt – as per taste

Rice Noodles Recipe
To make rice noodles, first boil the noodles and then put them in a strainer and wash them with cold water. Now chop onion, cabbage, garlic, capsicum, cauliflower. Now put oil in a pan and heat it on medium flame. When the oil becomes hot, add long chopped onion and garlic and fry till the color of onion turns light pink.

When the color of onion starts changing, add chopped vegetables cabbage, capsicum, cauliflower to it. Fry everything well with the help of a ladle and cook for 2-3 minutes. When the vegetables become soft, add chili sauce, soy sauce and tomato sauce to it and mix and let it cook for some time. Then add rice noodles and mix well and let it cook for 2 minutes. After this add cooked rice and mix well and then cover the pan and cook for 5 minutes. Tasty rice noodles are ready. Serve it hot.
